Once you arrive at Srinagar Bus Terminus or Airport, you will be received by our representative. Subsequently, you will be taken to the houseboat. You will be pleased to see the splendor of the Floating Gardens and Charchinar while riding the Shikara on the famous Dal Lake during the afternoon. After seeing some of the top tourist draws around, you will stay overnight at the houseboat.
After eating breakfast in the morning, you will be taken for a same day trip to Sonmarg. This is one of the most beautiful sights that you will come across while driving from Srinagar. Also known as the Meadow of Gold, there are many attractive places near Sonmarg. Lying at an elevation of 2,690 meters, it is dubbed as the Gateway of Ladakh. You can go for a horse ride to the snow-capped Thajiwas glacier. Stay overnight at the houseboat.
You will be driven to Pahalgam once you eat your breakfast. It lies at an elevation of 2,740 meters and is known as the Valley of Kashmir. On the way, you will see the remnants of Avantipur and Saffron field. After you arrive at Pahalgam, you will check in at the hotel and spend rest of the day in recreation. In the afternoon, see the Valley of Shepherds Paradise. Known for the film industry, Pahalgam provides awe-inspiring sights. You can visit Kolohol Glacier, Lidderwat, Sonmarg, and Amarnath from here. Stay overnight at the hotel in Pahalgam.
After breakfast, you will be taken to Gulmarg, which is a popular summertime resort in the region. After you reach there, you will check in at the hotel. In the afternoon, you will visit the Meadow of Flowers or Gulmarg, perched at an elevation of 2,690 meters or 8,830 feet. One of the top hill resorts in India, Gulmarg is not only famous for its scenic mountains, but also for being a popular ski resort during the winter months. You can ride the gondola cable car to view Khalinmarg in the upland and other peaks of the Himalayas. You will stay at the hotel in Gulmarg overnight.
After eating breakfast in the morning, you will be taken back to Srinagar. After reaching there, you will check in at the hotel and spend rest of the day in recreation. You will stay overnight at the hotel in Srinagar.
After eating your breakfast, you will visit the Mughal Gardens which is known for its beauty worldwide. Also visit Nishat Garden, the Garden of Pleasure. Visit this garden set up in 1633 by Asif Khan and also the Shalimar Garden (Garden of Love) set up by Mughal emperor Jahangir for his adored spouse Mehr-un-Nissa or Noor Jehan. Don’t forget to visit the Shankaracharya Temple and the Chasme Shahi Garden. You will return to the hotel in the evening and stay overnight in Srinagar.
On this day, you will be transported to the Bus Terminus or Airport and from there, you will start your homeward journey.
